Acceptable Use & AI Use Policy
Rules for lawful, secure and responsible use of Workforce OS and its AI-learning features.
The approved English master is shown for this locale; a reviewed translation will be added through the legal localisation workflow.
1. Allowed use
Use Workforce OS for lawful learning, workforce development, organisation administration, evidence and approved Training Provider activities. Keep human judgement and appropriate review in every consequential decision.
2. Prohibited use
- Illegal, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing activity.
- Credential sharing, scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, security testing without authorisation or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Uploading personal data without a lawful basis or the necessary organisation instructions.
- Using learning outputs or AI-related material as unquestioned legal, tax, medical, employment or regulated professional advice.
- Automated abuse, malware, attacks, spam or attempts to disrupt service availability.
3. AI responsibility
AI tools and training content may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Verify important outputs, protect confidential information and remain responsible for decisions and actions. Workforce OS supports learning and documentation; it does not certify regulatory compliance.
4. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate access and preserve relevant evidence where misuse, security risk, fraud or illegal activity is suspected. We will handle reports and corrections through the support contact.
