Commercial and operational terms for verified Training Providers using partner capabilities.

Commercial summary
- Annual licence and any setup fee are defined in the Partner Price Book for the authenticated Partner account.
- White-label rights, catalogue scope, learner limits, support and data protection are limited to the order and configuration accepted by the Partner.
- Renewal is annual where enabled; cancellation normally stops the next renewal.
- Partner pricing is confidential and is not reproduced in these public Terms.
1. Relationship and verification
A Training Provider is a business customer only after server-side verification and acceptance of these Terms. Enkronos may request legal-entity, billing, domain and authorised-signatory information before activation.
2. Licence, branding and catalogue
The Partner receives the limited rights stated in the order and Partner Price Book to use the configured Workforce environment, approved branding and selected catalogue. White-label or custom-domain rights are not implied by a public application or preview.
3. Learners and resale
Learner limits, enrolment rights, customer-facing pricing and any resale permissions are defined in the Partner Price Book and the accepted order. Partner must not expose or share confidential wholesale pricing outside authorised users.
4. Provisioning, fees and credits
Provisioning starts when tenant, branding, domain, catalogue or environment work materially begins and is recorded. Setup fees are treated under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Annual licence fees are normally non-refundable after activation. Available, assigned, started, completed and revoked enrolment credits are tracked separately; assigned or consumed credits are normally non-refundable.
5. Data protection and security
The Partner must provide lawful instructions and appropriate notices for learner data. The DPA applies where Enkronos processes personal data on the Partner's behalf. Partner must protect credentials, restrict administrators and report suspected incidents.
6. Intellectual property and support
AINOVA and Workforce materials remain Enkronos or its licensors' property. The Partner receives no right to copy, extract or train competing systems on the materials. Support scope and service targets are those shown in the order or Partner Price Book.
7. Renewal and termination
Annual plans renew until cancelled where automatic renewal is enabled. Cancellation at period end preserves access until the paid term ends. Enkronos may suspend or terminate for non-payment, misuse, IP violation, security abuse or material breach. Data export and deletion follow the configured service and privacy terms.
8. Governing law
B2B Partner relationships are governed by Estonian law and the competent Estonian courts, subject to mandatory law.
