Certificate & Training Policy
What AINOVA learning records and certificates mean—and what they do not mean.
The approved English master is shown for this locale; a reviewed translation will be added through the legal localisation workflow.
1. Terminology
- Certificate of Completion confirms participation or completion under the stated course rules.
- Assessment Result records an assessment outcome under the versioned assessment rules.
- Competence Evidence is a structured learning record linked to content and source versions.
- Partner-issued certificate is issued by an authorised Training Provider under its own approved process.
- Accredited qualification is used only where the product explicitly identifies the competent accrediting body and scope.
2. No implied accreditation
Unless expressly identified otherwise, AINOVA certificates do not constitute a government qualification, university credit, professional licence, regulatory approval, AI Act certification or formal legal-compliance determination. Course completion does not guarantee AI Act compliance.
3. Integrity and revocation
Records identify the course or path version and may be verified through the Workforce evidence flow. A record may be revoked for fraud, material error, payment reversal or policy breach. Revocation preserves the historical audit trail and does not rewrite the original event.
