Yes. A class can represent a department, site, project, customer company or mixed group. Base the choice on shared schedule, teacher, language and objectives.

Yes, when that language is published for the course. The course page lists available languages; other languages can be activated progressively.

Use ‘Forgot password’ on the sign-in page. You will receive a reset procedure at the address linked to your account.

After signing in, open the course in your learning area. Each lesson shows its available materials and any completion checks.

It depends on the course requirements: lessons, assessments, attendance and other conditions stated in the relevant policy. A certificate does not replace a regulated qualification unless expressly stated.
