Practical guide
A clear guide to choosing a course, buying it, organising a class and tracking results. Start with the section that matches your role.
Quick start
Open the catalogue and check the course area, language, duration, price and availability status.
You can buy a course for yourself, for a company group or for your training organisation. All courses in the catalogue can be purchased and activated immediately in the languages shown on the course page.
Payment is handled by Stripe. Before confirming, you will see the applied price, any VAT, terms, refund policy and order summary.
Follow the access instructions, complete account security and find the course in your learning area. Progress is saved as you learn.
For platform users
For people buying a course or joining a class.
Read the objectives, audience, language and availability details on the course page.
If you buy individually, pay from the catalogue. If your company or provider invited you, use that invitation and do not create a second account.
Open lessons and materials, complete the required checks and monitor your progress.
When the course requirements are met, the certificate or completion evidence becomes available according to the course policy.
For teams training employees, contractors or internal groups.
Choose the course, language, participant count, internal owners and target schedule.
Create a class for one company, separate classes for sites or departments, or a mixed class when the composition is intentional and authorised.
Assign learners, teachers and class managers with the minimum role required. Learners only see what they need for their path.
Follow enrolments, progress, completion and certificates. Use reports and communication to address delays.
For organisations delivering their own or AINOVA courses, including white-label delivery.
Choose a plan on the pricing page and complete commercial, legal, brand and catalogue details.
Select published courses and make the available languages, materials and delivery model clear to customers.
Create classes by company, project, site or schedule. Use homogeneous or mixed classes while keeping organisational boundaries clear.
Assign teachers, course administrators and company managers. Track results and, where enabled, payments and split payouts through the approved Stripe configuration.
For schools and education organisations starting a simple, progressive and supervised pilot.
Set up the academic year, classes and groups. The school controls access and students cannot register themselves.
The administrator creates or imports synthetic profiles and assigns the required role. Teachers and students see only authorised classes and paths.
Assign any course from the catalogue to a person, a class or a company group, then follow progress from the learning workspace.
Students see activities and progress; teachers review progress and manually confirm official outcomes. AI can support learning, but it does not decide admission, promotion or official assessment.
Organisation
One person may hold more than one assignment, but each assignment remains limited to its organisation and course scope.
Takes lessons, uses materials, completes checks and sees personal progress.
Supports learners, manages teaching activities and can review the assigned class progress.
Configures class, enrolments, schedule, communications and course reports without becoming a global administrator.
Coordinates people and results for their company within the organisation’s authorised scope.
Manages the provider’s catalogue, classes, teachers, customers and settings.
Manages the entire platform and all tenants under operational and security controls.
